I don't know what possesses a network to not wait until their original Outlander series is finished, before announcing a date to their spinoff by promoting a teaser trailer with press photos.
I understand most shows do this, but not when time travel is involved. All the related main characters (that have been added) are not fully explored, which have multiplied by the episode and are in more than a few timelines!
It is hard enough to keep up with this series due to changes on the show from the original source material.
It is very confusing for book readers but manageable, I can't think what viewers must be going through who have not read the books!
About this teaser, looks like the Beauchamp’s manage to arrive in France!
