Executive producer Maril Davis added, “The character of William Ransom is a wonderful role, and one fans have been eager to see. Finding someone with the talent and physicality to play Jamie’s son was a daunting task, but Charles’ charisma was evident during the audition process and we are excited to see what he will bring to William’s multi-layered journey.”
Okay, u fools need to stop ruining such a wonderful story becoz we'd like to c it all unfold. If u're going to keep pulling cheap tricks like with that Malva story, u're gonna lose fans. Oh wait, that's already happening. Making Jamie act guilty and Claire act like she believes he's guilty in order to bolster such a preposterous scenario is insulting to the audience. It's the same nonsense we've been bored with for years. Outlander is beloved precisely becoz it doesn't talk down to the audience. We're evolved and intelligent enough not to have reacted like cave people to the rape of Jamie Fraser, for example, so we're too smart to buy into this. U're also making the terrible mistake of ruining your characters. Since wen r Claire and Jamie dumb enuf to react like total idiots to anything, let alone something like this. I haven't caught up to this part in the source material and yet I'm sure u've deviated from it.
ReplyDeleteI'd really like for this show to remain in the world. I'd also like to keep feeling that way. 35% of your viewers are already giving up hope in your ability to do the story justice. Learn from that for Christsake and don't put anything in front of us that u wudnt buy yourself becoz I'm 100% sure that not a single writer thinks these characters are this stupid. And if u're going to continue to force them to be shady and stupid, they are going to stop being worth watching. I what universe does it make sense for ppl who know Malva's character to be quiet while sum1 as beloved as Jamie is being smeared?! Stop insulting us. If u can't then the only way for this story to be saved is for it to be cancelled becoz you are destroying it.
Do better. Go back to trusting your audience and treating us like we have more than 2 brain cells.
