The North American journeyings of Scottish Gaelic culture come full circle tonight, in a concert akin to the Transatlantic Sessions in microcosm.
From Scotland, it features the renowned South Uist singer Gillebrìde MacMillan, a Mod Gold Medal winner who has recently appeared in TV drama Outlander.
He's joined by New Hampshire-based singer-songwriter Kyle Carey, who studied Gaelic firstly in Cape Breton and then - tutored by Christine Primrose - at Sabhal Mòr Ostaig in Skye. Carey's self-styled Gaelic Americana sound, drawing on both Scottish and Appalachian sources, has won high praise for her two albums to date.
Boston musician @EliasALEXANDER of SOULSHA will be amongst the Artists accompanying Gillebrìde and Kyle.
