STARZ released a sneak peek of the Paris set from "Outlander" season two while Caitriona Balfe participated in a question-and-answer session on Twitter in honor of Claire Fraser's birthday.

The network uploaded a new picture of the Paris set from "Outlander" season two on Twitter and said that each week, they are going to post a new behind-the-scenes photo.

STARZ also released a deleted scene from "Outlander" season one that highlights Jamie and Claire's close relationship, adds Digital Spy.

Aside from the new set photo and deleted scene, Balfe held a short question-and-answer session with fans on October 20 in honor of Claire Fraser's birthday.

The "Outlander" star revealed on Twitter that her favorite part of playing Claire on the show is having the opportunity to film in Scotland and portraying a strong female character.

She added that she's still hard at work filming "Outlander" season two and it should take about nine months to shoot all 12 episodes.

Balfe also hinted that fans are going to need to have tissue boxes by their side when "Outlander" returns because the seventh episode of season two is going to be incredibly emotional.

The "Outlander" star went on to say that she always has a good time on set because her co-star Sam Heughan is very clumsy and his antics never fail to make her laugh.

Plus, "Outlander" author Diana Gabaldon revealed in a new interview which character from her book series she identifies with the most.

Gabaldon admitted that she has the most in common with Jamie Fraser and pointed out that he "has a lot more of her innate background than Claire does," writes The Daily Record.

However, the author added that she also identifies with Claire because "she's competent" and doesn't shy away from taking charge of a situation.
